We have a staff of Professional Service engineers with industry leading certifications, in a wide range of technology areas, including HDS, EMC, Oracle, Cisco, Veritas, Brocade, Microsoft, HP, Sun Microsystems, and others. All of the SANDirect engineers undergo an extensive in-house training program, to augment their already industry leading experience. This ensures that the engineers we provide will have “been there, done that”, and not learning on the customer site. SANDirect maintains an extensive in-house lab environment. The Lab allows us to provide hands-on experience with the solution we propose, as well as having a “break / fix” environment to assist customers with any support issues. This facility also allows for extensive in-house training for our engineers, as well as supporting our extensive “roadshow” programs. These programs demonstrate Industry leading technology to IT personnel, in a hands-on environment.
